PROSKATE processes and ships orders efficiently across India, with clear timelines and tracking for all skating gear.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.  
Custom or personalized items (like printed racing suits) may take 3-5 business days before shipping begins.

Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship nationwide via leading logistics providers, with standard delivery in 3-7 business days.  
Rates start at ₹100 for most items; free shipping on all orders over ₹2,000.

International Shipping
International orders ship to select countries via leading logistics providers, taking 7-15 business days.  
Costs vary by destination and weight (₹1,500+); customers cover customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Contact proskateworld@gmail.com for quotes.

Tracking and Delivery
Track your order via the link sent by email/SMS after dispatch.  
Deliveries occur Monday-Saturday; failed attempts trigger redelivery or pickup from the nearest hub.

Restrictions and Issues
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or rural areas without pincode verification.  
For lost/damaged parcels, file claims within 7 days with photos—replacements or refunds per carrier policy. See our Returns Policy for more.
